Information we collect

Information you give us directly — such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send through our contact form or by email.

Information collected automatically when you visit this site — such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and improve it.

Information you store locally — the Soldier OCIE estimator saves your selections in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you choose to send it to us.

Biometric and sensitive data

HeartID and Phantom Acquired can process biometric or physiological signals when deployed by a customer organization. This website does not collect biometric data.

Where biometric data is processed in a product deployment, it is governed by the written agreement with the deploying organization: it is used only for the authentication or training purpose specified, is not sold, and is not used to build advertising profiles.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, evaluate partnerships and pilots, provide and support our products, meet legal and contractual obligations, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to host this site, deliver email, and embed maps. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf and are bound to use it only to deliver their service to us.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet legal or contractual record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Product data retention is defined in the applicable customer agreement.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to us, or ask questions about how it is handled. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

You can clear estimator data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Children

This site and our products are intended for organizational and professional use and are not directed to children under 13.
